Rooftop hot tub bookings open at 8:00 AM on the day of use and are made by calling the front desk, so plan your soak for the day you want it. Access is subject to operating hours and availability.
Cornucopia and the target opening day both fall within your stay dates.
The eligible stay dates overlap Whistler Cornucopia, the village’s 30th food and drink festival, which runs November 5 to 15, 2026, as 11 days of chef demonstrations, winery dinners, and more than 40 guided tastings and seminars. They also include the target opening day of Friday, November 20, 2026, for Whistler Blackcomb, conditions permitting. Festival tickets are not included in the prize.

1. Giveaway Organizer
The “Win a Stay in November” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized and administered by Sundial Hotel, located in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada (the “Organizer”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 29, 2026, and ends on November 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT).
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram:

Tag at least one friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post. Multiple entries are permitted. Each separate comment tagging a different friend will count as one additional entry.

Participants must maintain a public Instagram account throughout the Giveaway period to allow the Organizer to verify entries, mentions, and Story shares.
All four requirements must be completed for an entry to be considered eligible. Additional qualifying comments will count as additional entries, provided the other requirements have been fulfilled.

5. Giveaway Prize
One (1) winner will receive a complimentary two-night stay at Sundial Hotel in Whistler, British Columbia, with an approximate retail value of $360 CAD.
Prize details:
Complimentary two-night stay at Sundial Hotel assigned by the hotel, subject to availability.
Access to Sundial Hotel’s rooftop hot tub during the stay, subject to operating hours and availability.
Complimentary parking for one vehicle during the stay.
Valid stay period: November 8 to 22, 2026
Blackout dates: November 13 to 14, 2026
The complimentary stay is subject to availability and must be booked directly with Sundial Hotel.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers or promotions.
Transportation, meals, incidental expenses, and any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on November 6, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @sundialhotel account.
The selected entrant must respond within 24 hours of the Direct Message being sent. Failure to respond within the specified period, meet eligibility requirements, or comply with these Official Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate entrant.
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
7. Prize Redemption
The confirmed winner must contact Sundial Hotel directly to arrange their complimentary stay.
Reservations are subject to room availability and the specified eligible stay dates.
The prize must be redeemed during the designated November 2026 stay period and cannot be extended or exchanged for alternative dates.
8. Entry Verification and Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to verify all entries and confirm compliance with the Giveaway requirements.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise fail to meet the stated requirements may be disqualified.
The Organizer is not responsible for entries that cannot be verified due to private Instagram accounts, missing tags, expired Instagram Stories, technical issues, or platform restrictions.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, confirming eligibility, contacting the winner, and arranging prize redemption, unless otherwise authorized by the participant or permitted by applicable law.
