Whistler hosts IRONMAN Canada with one of the world’s toughest triathlons winding its way around Whistler’s Valley Trails, pristine lakes and mountain roads. This race starts with a two-loop swim of Alta Lake, with a transition onto bikes for a ride to the Callaghan Valley and up to Pemberton. After the bike ride competitors gear up for a run via the Valley Trail winding around Whistler’s stunning Green Lake and Lost Lake finishing the competition at Whistler Olympic Plaza.
