Hotel Reservation and Booking Policies

APRIL 23, 2012– December 13, 2012
DEPOSIT POLICY
- A credit card is required at time of booking to secure the reservation
- A non-refundable deposit of 1st night's room and tax will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival
- The remaining balance will be taken at check- in
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the reservation is cancelled outside 48 hours prior to arrival, there will be no charges applied
- If the reservation is cancelled inside 48 hours prior to arrival, 1st night's room and tax will be charged
- A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification
DECEMBER 14, 2012 – January 1, 2013
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking
- The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival
- If booking is made inside of 45 days, the full amount will be applied at time of booking
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the reservation is cancelled outside 45 days of arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged
- If the reservation is cancelled inside 45 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
- A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification
JANUARY 2, 2012 – APRIL 25, 2012
DEPOSIT POLICY
- A deposit of 1st night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking
- The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival
- If booking is made inside of 30 days, the full amount will be applied at the time of booking
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the reservation is cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, 1st night’s room and tax will be charged
- If the reservation is cancelled inside 30 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
- A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification
GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES
Age Restriction
- All Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied in the same room by a parent or legal guardian.
Smoking Policy
The Sundial Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking
- A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy
Pet Policy
- The Sundial Boutique Hotel is not pet friendly; we do not allow pets in the hotel
Extra Person Charge
- $20 plus taxes per person per night.
- Maximum of 4 adults in a 1 Bedroom suite and 6 adults in a 2 Bedroom suite.
- Children 18 years old and under stay free in a room accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Parking
- $20 plus taxes per night, per vehicle.
Check in & Check out Times
- Check In 4:00 pm Check Out 11:00 am.
