NOVEMBER 26, 2008 – DECEMBER 25, 2008 and JANUARY 4 – APRIL 12, 2009
DEPOSIT POLICY
- A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking
- The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival
- If booking is made inside of 30 days, the full amount will be applied at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the reservation is cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged
- If the reservation is cancelled inside 30 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
- A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.

- If the reservation is cancelled inside 48 hours of arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged
- A credit card is needed to secure reservation
- Full payment is required at check-out.
Incidentals
Smoking Policy
- The Sundial Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking
- A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy
Age Restriction
- Guests must be 25 years or older to secure reservation.
Extra Person Charge
- $20 plus taxes per person per night.
- Children 18 years old and under stay free in a room accompanied by an adult.
Parking
$17 plus taxes per night, per vehicle.
