Horseback Trail Riding
This 2 hour trail ride is great for all ability levels. Ride through west coast forest, riverside beaches and grass meadows. Offered through Adventure Ranch.
Mountain Ride
This half-day ride is the ultimate horseback adventure for riders with previous experience. Fields, forests, mountains and creeks, this ride covers spectacular and stunning terrain. After winding through hay fields and potato crops, we will climb to incredible view points and a beautiful waterfall. Tour length is 3 hours on horseback. Offered through Outdoor Adventures.
Western Ride
Climb into the saddle of one of our strong and gentle mountain-bred horses and enjoy the meadows and flowers of this introductory tour. Ride through the scenic Pemberton Valley nestled between majestic Mt. Currie and BC’s Coast Mountains. The Western Ride is a great tour for the whole family. Offered through Outdoor Adventures.
Pony Rides
Guided 15 minute pony rides for kids available throughout the day at Edgewater stables. Helmets provided. Minimum age 4 years old. Offered through Whistler Outdoor Experience.
Green Lake Ridge Ride
This trail ride is for intermediate riders and wil climb up a mountain trail along a ridge high above Green Lake out to Parkhurst. Your guide will tell you all about this early settlement while watering the horses at the creek and enjoy some refreshments. After the rest stop wind down to the Wedge Creek where you will be able to lope your horse along a beautiful forest trail. Offered through Whistler Outdoor Experience.
Pemberton Stables
Pemberton Stables offers the following trail rides: One hour tour for families and beginners, two hour tour for the more adventurous, and a half day intermediate to advance riding package which includes lunch. You are sure to enjoy whichever trail ride you choose in the beautiful Pemberton valley.
